Most Android devices are phones. Tablets are up and coming, but phones are still the primary platform. As such, there are hundreds of apps aimed at making your phone better, whether through voice dialing, or better phonebooks, or whatever other ideas someone can think up. Personally, I rarely use the phone on my device. I have it more as a pocket PC than anything else. So, there's very few things I will need for the phone beyond a dialer, which is why this section is, and probably will remain, sparse.
